KnockList street run: the next door with a big green Knock this door button

Built for the campaign you're actually running

No party machine behind you? That's who this is for. Three things KnockList does from day one:

Recording a knock: No answer, Spoke, or Didn't want to talk
01

Retire the clipboard

One tap at the doorstep records the knock — who answered, where they stand, what they raised. No paper sheets, no sideways spreadsheet on a phone, no transcribing at midnight. Every knock is counted the moment it happens.

Upcoming sessions with meeting spots and who's going
02

Run real team knock nights

Plan a session and your volunteers get the details by email. Everyone works their own streets — no overlap, no confusion — while you watch every knock land live. When the night ends, the results screen shows the team what they just did together.

The knock sheet: issues raised at the door and asks being tracked — lawn sign, will volunteer
03

Keep every promise

A lawn sign, a call back, a ride to the polls, “the candidate will get back to you” — every ask is captured at the door and tracked until it's done. Months later, nothing is dropped. No party tool does this at the municipal level.

What Ottawa campaigns say

“Municipal are the only level of government that doesn’t have a system to track voters or constituent concerns that’s managed by a political party. We really are all on our own, which is why I think your solution is elegant, simple, and easy to implement.”

Sitting councillor, Ottawa

It evens the playing field… it closes the gap between an established person with a machine behind them and an everyday person who says I want to do this.
Candidate, Ottawa
You have volunteers you're not sure if they're going to the door… and if they're taking volunteer hours. So that's really great. It just collects that data.
Councillor's office lead, Ottawa
As a tool for governing during the term, it's invaluable. Everybody door knocks and this is a great way to have that data available in a streamlined format instead of clipboards or Excel sheets that you're filling out at the end of a door knocking day.
Sitting councillor, Ottawa
This is more than what I expected… It feels professional. It feels accessible and it feels modern. This feels like it adds to what I’m trying to build here.

Fair questions

Anything else — book a demo and ask a person.

Who owns the door-knocking data?+

Your campaign does — every knock, note and supporter. Export it all as a spreadsheet whenever you like, and if you ask us to delete it, we delete it completely within 7 days.

Can other campaigns — or my opponent — see my data?+

No. Every campaign runs as its own isolated instance with its own private database. KnockList is an open, neutral platform: any candidate in any race can sign up, including people running against each other — and no campaign can ever see another's data.

What happens after election day?+

You choose: cancel (most campaigns do), export everything first, or keep running — plenty of councillors keep door-knocking between elections. If you cancel and leave no instructions, we email your data to you and delete the instance after 60 days.

My city isn't Ottawa. Can I use it?+

Ottawa is live today with every address in all 24 wards. Other Ontario cities are coming for the 2026 election — pick your city on the Start page and we'll get in touch, usually within a day.

How long does setup take?+

About 15 minutes, start to finish, and it's automatic. You answer a few questions (all optional), we build your campaign's private app with every door in your ward already loaded, and you get a link when it's live.

Election day is October 26.

Every Saturday between now and then is either doors knocked or doors missed. Your campaign's app can be live before you finish your coffee.
